All I can suggest is that either the creation process for the ISO or the contents of the final ISO itself requires code or functionality that is onlty available in Win 10 2004

The second warning suggests there are later updates to the original Win 11 Iso that are added to the produced ISO at the end of the creation process, [this could also affect any install method that just uses the ISO offline aa any online addons would not be available ]

Both of my suggestions are just logical thoughts, [Microsoft is not Known for it's logic  so I could be wrong]

So, I should clean install Windows 10 (2004), then update to 22621.755?

Or, maybe try for the media creation tool's latest (if I can even get '755) then update? Of course, I've had no luck with the MCT in the past.

Haven't used UUPDMP as I always download the MCT/Media Creation Tool [a small file] and run it which leads to the Microsoft site that gives choices, one is to do the Upgrade on the computer in use/linked to the site and the next choice leads to getting the software for use on a different computer. The second choice is for an .iso file used to create the Bootable DVD or to create a Bootable USB Drive for installing. Both choices will be a Build or two behind the current but usually not long for updating. I've never had a failure using the process since starting back with Win10. The only real change between the Win10 and Win 11 tools is no x86/32-bit version of Win11. The USB creation wipes the 8GB Thumb drive and reformats so everything on it would have been lost. The .iso uses a DVD+R/DL disc. Both are due to the size.

I would think that any build later than Windows 10 2004 should work. MCT should of course also work, In Theory, of course the issue may be confined to UUP who are a 3rd party provider

@Wynona, to be on the safe side with the least amount of hassle, download the latest ISO from MS and go from there.

It appears to be that uupdump's aria script requires functions only available in 2004 or later.

If it's the RTM install you want, then I'd use the MCT to make an ISO or usb, or download the ISO from MS. Current either way will create the media for 22621.525. Once installed a check for updates will install the CU for 22621.755.

My personal preference is to use the MCT to make an ISO. That ensures your ISO has an install.esd that's designed to be less than the Fat32 4GB limit, meaning you can make a bootable usb from it just by mounting the ISO and copying the files across.

It's probably the version of DISM needed to create the ISO Wynona. You should be fine creating the ISO from W11.

It's probably the version of DISM needed to create the ISO Wynona.
That seems very likely, the script makes a lot of use of DISM.

Unless you feel you really need to do a clean install, wouldn't it be simpler just to upgrade your Home to Pro? If you change the installed key to your Pro one it will upgrade in just a few minutes. Option Two here:

OK, I found the warning on the download page. Your running build 2262.755 so why would it be a problem? I thought you got the warning when you tried to run the download to create the ISO.

I just made another ISO and the only place I saw that warning was on the download page. It's just a warning for users that are trying to use an OS that doesn't have the correct files needed to make a working ISO.

Would it help if I uploaded a known working ISO image of that same build to OneDrive for you?

I create ISO images and slipstream in the updates the CORRECT way :-).

EDIT: Here is a link if you want to try this ISO image: Win 11 22621.755

The waning specifically only appears if you are building an ISO for a 22H2 build. It does not appear for any earlier builds. It would appear that to build a 22H2 ISO the UUPDump script uses functions (probably in DISM) that only work in 2004 or later.

UUPDump said:
⚠️Windows 11, version 22H2 or later
This build requires using Windows 10, version 2004 or later for the ISO to be properly created. Scripts for other platforms will output a broken ISO.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

The waning specifically only appears if you are building an ISO for a 22H2 build. It does not appear for any earlier builds. It would appear that to build a 22H2 ISO the UUPDump script uses functions (probably in DISM) that only work in 2004 or later.
IMHO, Much ado about nothing! :-)
