Solved BullGuard not updating

BullGuard AV would not update protection and had not updated from the date I upgraded to 11, no matter how many times I tried manually.

I found on 2 banking sites Win 11 would not let me log out and I had to shut down the browser then go back to see if I had to login again to confirm the connection was broken.

I just restored 10 with Macrium and there are no problems with either of these.

Perhaps a security issue with 11 Version 22000.132 ?

I do recall that Kaspersky had early issues with 10 when it came out and this could be a similar situation. I would wait until they makers of BullGuard to work with 11 before using it.

I wish I had a better answer.

It is to be expected that applications and websites will refuse access to Windows 11 as it is an unsupported OS that the security services that vet these things have not accepted yet . I doubt that a lot of organisations will accept access from Win11 until it is officially released, (although a lot will get involved with the end stages of the beta program, and will be involved at the Release Preview stage)

Version 22000.160 has corrected the error, it now updates OK.
