A "test document" called / BullseyeCoverageError / appeared in the C:\Users\name folder. Can someone tell me what it is, why it is there and how to fix it.

It isn't only related to Unity. After Intel Driver & Support Assistant installed the latest Bluetooth driver, I saw the same txt file appear in the same location. Lot's of complaints about this here (redirect) among other places.

Exactly, it appeared to me just after Intel Driver & Support Assistant installed the latest Bluetooth driver.

Looks like the work of some sloppy developer (and a failure of Q/A). Hara Hara Mahadeva apparently has something to do with Lord Shiva - a Hindu deity.
