Can anyone help me do simple hotkey bat file

I need .bat file which will convert key press like alt+w into output: as if you pressed cltr+shift+1. I don't want install AutoHotkey! Can anyone help me with this please i have chronic pain, i can't even read...

NEver mind i used registry to achieve same, put to CMD as ADMIN:

REM Restart the Windows Explorer process to apply the changes
