Can not get the " standard blue" start-screen in Win11 !

When starting my Win11 , I get the blue Win11-logo first ( normal) , then after a few seconds , it shows my choosen picture with my name on it , in a black screen ( used to be blue in Win10) .
Tried to change this in " personalization " , by choosing the blue "waves" picture from Win11 , no luck it stays totally black !
HOW to change this behaviour , and get the standard blue Win11 start-screen back ??

Check the checkbox that says Start Menu and Taskbar in Personalization\Colors

" Check the checkbox that says Start Menu and Taskbar in Personalization\Colors "...........yes , tried several times , but I can only get a totally black startscreen or the photo with the ( grey) firetower on it !
When choosing the ( standard ) blue Windows 11 waves , it wont showup only the grey firetower again !!

Will try a sfc /scannow ............

I checked that, and my taskbar and start menu is now colored blue.

Yours is ok ! ...........mine not still .
sfc /scannow repaired (?) something , however still this grey firetower on start-screen !
The option ; accent color on start and taskbar is greyed-out ..........??!!
HOW (?) to solve it ?

Use a dark mode on Colors, it grays out on Light modes.

" Use a dark mode on Colors, it grays out on Light modes. "...............indeed ! So I did , its not greyed out anymore . Problem is ; still not possible to get the startscreen-photo I choosed !
Only grey ..........
HOW to get the standard blue Windows11 startscreen back again .....??

I choosed the blue photo ( you see it on the picture ) but it just wont show on start up !!!

Try turning off the button "show lockscreen background picture on sign in screen. reboot. Then re-enable. Did you already try this?

" Did you already try this? "...........yes, just tried .......it gave me the totally black screen again , with my account-picture in the middle !
This blue startscreen just wont show-up , while I choosed it several times , wonder where (?) I can find this picture on my PC ?

Here's a picture of a Default Blue on Win10, Click it and press Download.

Set it as your default lock screen wallpaper.
It is a 4k picture, so it can suit even high res monitors.

All my blue screens have been black ever since I upgraded months ago. I don't use a lock screen and have automatic logon now
