can only connect to ftp when not on wifi

I am hoping I am posting this problem in the correct section as I do believe it is a firewall or security issue. My internet provider videotron technical support was of no help at all.
Here is what happens.

I created an ftp with with windows 11 and using an iOS app on my phone when I am NOT on my wifi and just using cellular data or even at my home using my home wifi I can in fact connect to my computer and see all the folders and delete or save files to it.

But the moment I get to my shop and join my own wifi I can no longer connect and this is the error I get.

btw the moment I turn off wifi on my phone I can see and access all my folders again. I would have thought it would have been normal if it was the opposite.

I have tried it with firewall settings all off and no change.

If you can direct me on what to look for it would be amazing.

First of all, remove your public IP from your post.

Your FTP server is working fine, I just tried to connect without any issues. OFC I could not log in as I only tried anonymous access.

The issue must be in your workshop router...

I have tried evry option in port forwarding and can only get it to work on cellular.
I have removed public IP I did not know I was not supposed to include that so I apologize.

I think an admin removed your pictures.

OK, so now you should log in to your workshop router and check for any firewall settings that block port 21.

Another method that may work is to connect with passive connection from your client.

Is the shop Wi-Fi a Public or Private type? If 'Public' then try changing it to 'Private'?

The issue is the same on his iPhone...so this might not help much...

One more addition to the ports on your router. You need both port 20 and 21 open for active connection. For passive only 21 is required but the port range the ftp server requests must be allowed on the router or the connection will fail too.

not seeing how to add port 22 as I was able to add port 21 by selecting ftp.
And my shop wifi is private I believe as we just installed it this week.

Sorry you mean install a client like filezilla and try that ?

Port 22 is the Secure FTP port. Most likely to see that you will need to define SFTP (Secure FTP) protocol use somewhere in your router.

Can't you use the same client on your phone as before?

yes and with the client on my phone I can not connect to ftp.sunset.se either on wifo or cellular.
On my pc I typed in ftp.sunset.se and I get instant directory listing

Beginning with ios13 a third party app is not necessary to share between Windows and ios. Have you tried using the files app instead to see if it makes any difference in sharing at your shop? How to Access Windows Shared Folders from iPhone & iPad

checking now. I only use the ftp pro program because it takes all my photos and allows me to see them and select which ones I want to drop into my shop computer. Not sure if files would do that but will certainly check it out. I even tried calling videotron again hoping to get a better technician but they say the same thing they do not support FTP.
