Can someone tell me, where to find the WVX converter?

I want to convert audio/video (MP3, AVI, MKV, MOV, WMA, WAV, etc…) to WVX, are there some online converters? (except this: Free Online Converter because this converter doesn't work)

WVX isn't a playback format, it's a Windows Media Player metafile (in XML). Basically it's a playlist of URL's that you stream from a web server. Unless you have a local server, it's not very useful.

File types supported by Windows Media Player

Windows Media Video Redirector (.wvx) files are Windows Media Metafiles that reference Windows Media Video (.wmv) files
