Can you change the accent color of title bars in modern Windows 11?

Hello, I am trying to add some color division and clarity to the UI by coloring, as always has been, the title bars for active windows. My option is ON but it's not working:

If you type "title bars", and then don't color title bars, the minimum professional thing is to at least remove the text. I would come back of course to try to add that functionality, but at least you would be not lying, Microsoft...

Anyways, borders get colored fine, but title bars such as in Task Manager and File Explorer keep that nuclear white on. It looks blueish because of the background pic and the transparency effect ON. How can I enable that deep nice blue that really stars in front the active window?

Thank you!

Damn... what is wrong with Windows 11?
Why would you do that?

I moved from W10 a few weeks ago because W10 is going to end support in 1 year, but man... it's full of annoying things that I've been able mostly to fix by modding stuff, the thing is W10 had options, natively, to do that.

As mentioned, it won't work with File Explorer... but this works for all other windows...

There's also this...

Go to...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM

Create here a new 32-bit DWORD value named AccentColorInactive.
Note: If you are running 64-bit Windows 10, you still need to create a 32-bit DWORD value.

For MY computer I set the value at: HEX 484848 <---- dark grey

The HEX color codes are in the tutorial I linked.

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
Winaero tweeker has an option to do this as well, but it should really be a function of the operating system
