Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Version 23H2 25905.1000
Hi, I have a Raspberry Pi on my local network via LAN cable. I used to be able to connect to it via its ip address from my windows 11 pc, also on Ethernet cable, but now it says

This page isn’t working

192.168.1.110 didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
when I try to connect. I can connect to web sites on the internet without problems. I can connect to it via my Lenovo Netbook Miix 520 running windows 10 and a old dell laptop running windows 7 ok, so doesn't seem like it is a network problem as such, but a windows 11 problem.
I installed PRTG Network monitor but it seems to install itself as a server entity and I can't connect to it from the pc ass well. connectin to http://192.168.... failed. timed out
Any ideas what to check?
thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum. Here are some general thingsto try that clear up most networking issues.

Run network troubleshooter. Settings- System-troubleshoot-other troubleshooters-Internet connections-RUN

Reset network adapters Reset Network Adapters in Windows 11 Tutorial

Attached is @FreeBooter .bat file which resets network components. Unzip it, RIGHT click on the .bat file and select run as administrator.

Check for file system corruption. Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow
After system file checker completes, make note of whether it found and corrected any problems. If found and corrected, restart
If it found problems it could not correct, in command window type dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.
Restart

Are you using Putty to SSH into your RPI? If your router uses DHCP the IP address of your RPi may have changed. Open the router admin page and look at the client list to be sure you have the correct IP address

That isn't it.
It hasn't changed because I can see the ip address, mac and the Rpi name in the router list from the router configure page.

I can also access it via the ip address from the windows 10 and windows 7 laptops.
