Can't get rid of Intel Xtu "Leftover's" even after doing a System Restore of 3 days before installation and E Drive missing.

As the title suggests, I installed Intel XTU today, but found that my device has "undervolting protection" enabled. Seeing no way to use the installed software for my original intended purpose and benefit, I attempted to uninstall it. However, a ton of leftover's were found. Such as the like of the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility in ProgramData\Intel, the XTU3SERVICE/XTOUCDRIVERSERVICE and the ungodly amount of Intel (R) XTU Component Devices(s) in my device manager list. I attempted a System Restore, but said items are still present.

What's worse is that my third SSD isn't showing up, like, it disappeared after uninstalling XTU, I have no idea whether this was a coincidence, or that uninstalling XTU had the unforeseen consequence of causing such an issue. It appears only the C (OS) Drive and D (Game Installs) drive are visible, but not my E drive that I use to archive my mod's and movies.

Going to device manager, the 3rd drive is hidden and only shows up with the show hidden options bit enabled, the drive is grayed out and it's descriptor cites a (Code 45) with the device not being connected.

And to add insult to injury, after doing a system restore, my Clevo Fn hotkeys and OSD application can no longer be opened, as a pink message box pops up saying "This app can't open, check the store for more info about Fn hotkeys and OSD

If anyone can help me resolve these multitude of issues, I'd be very thankful.

Hello @Gray and welcome to ElevenForum. :-)

Probably the easiest way to completely remove Intel XTU, is with REVO Uninstaller (free).

Get the free version and install it. Then... re-install Intel XTU.
Next... open REVO Uninstaller, find Intel XTU, highlight it and click on the Uninstall button at the top center.

When it's done uninstalling, REVO will offer to "scan for leftovers". Do that, and remove everything it finds.
Now... Intel XTU should be completely uninstalled. :-)

Can it also remove the remainder's at a registry level? It seems that XTU's "leaving's" go deep and far, just my luck...

The problem with uninstallers is just like XTU gives a warning when you try to uninstall is to change the settings back to default or else the settings will remain even when XTU is gone.

The "scan for leftovers"... "mainly" does the registry, then almost as an afterthought removes leftover folders, etc.

Not sure what it adds as I can't even get into XTU as when virtualization is enabled on Windows 11, XTU will not even start up and shows a screen that it's incompatible and then quits. It seems like XTU can mess with even the BIOS when I searched for it a few minutes ago... Ofcourse, I could be 100% wrong...
