Solved Can't login to any local user account

Hello,
I just set up a new PC with Windows 11 Pro 22H2.
I didn't manage to set up easily the computer with a local account then I skipped that step and login with my Microsoft account.
Now:
- I can't convert the Microsoft account to a local account
- I set up two new users as local accounts but I can't login with their credentials (username, password). They are even not displayed on the login page nor in the list of users I can switch to.
I would I least being able to login with an other local account.
I'm using Windows for quite a while and I think it is the first time I'm stuck like this.

Hello, and welcome to the forum. Please go to settings>system>accounts>other users and post a screenshot of that screen.

I think it is redundant to that topic: Can't login to any local user account
Where I will continue to write instead of this one.
