I'm having trouble syncing shortcut icons between my Windows 11 laptop and Windows 10 desktop.
Until recently, I was able to use the Chrome icon from the shell32.dll picker for my web shortcuts on both computers. Now, however, the Chrome icon is completely missing from shell32.dll.
As a workaround, I created a separate folder containing the icon file and manually browsed to select it. While this works on each computer individually, the icon does not sync over to the other computer.
System Specs:
* HP (Windows 10 Home): 22H2 (OS build 1905.7291)
* Acer (Windows 11 Home): 10.10.26200 (build 26200)
