Solved Change permissions on a registry key

Hi guys.

I want to change the permissions of a registry key so that I can delete the subkeys I want.

I've tried creating a bat file with these lines, but it doesn't work:

subinacl.exe /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations /grant=Everyone=f

Can anyone help me?

Hi, use Powerrun to open regedit & edit keys in the registry when they are locked.

Use it to open regedit then just use regedit as normal.

Also, you probably shouldn't be running scripts to change the permissions of registry entries.
