Change "Shut down or sign out" to "Shut down or Restart" in Win+X?

I never, ever just sign out, since I'm the only user of my computers. But when I right-click Start, the next-to-bottom key is always Shut down or sign out. It's a little thing, but if someone knows how I can edit that line as indicated in the title, I'd be very grateful.

When I click that line, I am offered the two choices I want: Shut down and Restart. I think I recall editing the registry to get rid of a lot of useless stuff in that sub-menu. But I've never seen a way to edit the main menu line.

I don't know of a way to edit that menu. I believe it is part of StartMenuExperienceHost.exe.

I can recommend to quick keyboard methods for shutdown and restart
Windows key +x, then u then u for shutdown
Windows key + x, then u then r for restart.

This is typically how I do it

You could also add a 'Shutdown' and 'Restart' shortcut here
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WinX
Group1 are the shortcuts on the bottom but you'll need to use either Win X menu editor or hasklnk since the shortcuts need a special hash in the file to work in the menu.

Rather than use the start menu to shutdown and restart, I made a couple of desktop shortcuts for restart and shutdown and assigned them snazzy icons. One click and done.
shutdown - C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /s /t 0
restart - C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /r /t 0

Hey there! Yep, I used those shortcuts in W7 through 10, but with this version I find [right-click Start, slide to Shut down or log out, click the one I want] is quick and easy. Yeah, it's two clicks, but at my age, I have time for clicks. Thanks for taking the time to reply, my friend.

Nope. No touchables. (Only untouchables?). After a right-click on Start, just slide the pointer up to "Shut down ..." and the flyout will appear, leaving you with just one click on either Shut down or Restart.

I did not realize that Wisewiz. I've been using my shortcuts all along. Old dog-new trick.
