Changed the lock screen but upon boot up, I see the default image

You know the default blue lock screen image? that still appears at the initial boot up screen after Windows has loaded where my username is displayed briefly in the middle. I did change the lock screen background and it is what shows up when I lock my computer but why is the initial loading screen after windows has loaded still stuck on the dafgault image?

There are a couple tweaks in Winaero that might break something else in Windows 11.
So it's always a good idea to use backup software.

I use Macrium Reflect, and some use AOMEI Backupper.
Once you have a decent backup system... you can pretty much try anything. If you break something, just restore from a backup. :-)
