Does anyone else get a white flash for a few milliseconds before Chrome browser opens?

It is especially annoying at night when you have dark mode enabled.

A quick google search tells me that this has been a problem for years.

Any quick fix?

Never noticed the flash until you mentioned it here because I use Edge. But, I just tried it out and do get the white flash.

I also notice it when i open the file explorer. So it must have something to do with the night mode in Windows 11? Don't remember if i had this issue with Windows 10.
