Chromium apps not detecting camera

Hi, I'm having a permission issue on WIndows 11 build 25370. The weird part is that it started happening suddenly today on VDO.ninja.

I can't use any of my webcams, virtual (OBS) or not, in Chromium apps. Opera, Edge, Chrome (of course). Only browser working is Firefox. Discord, Zoom...no issue at all. OBS also detects them. Only the browsers (and the VDO app which uses Chromium).

I ran the troubleshoot, no change. I noticed Edge and the Chromium apps don't show up in the Desktop apps permission requests in the Control Panel, but other than that, I don't know what to do.
