Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS event log error 8048 after I installed Windows 11 24H2.

After startup of 24H2 I've been getting 16 error log error message such as these:

DNS-over-HTTPS request failed to obtain valid SSL certificate from server 1.0.0.1, with template https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query, due to: error loading the SSL libraries;. WinHTTP flags: 0x80000000

The server names in the messages are my 2 IPv4 servers and my 2 IPv6 servers. I have them all encrypted if that makes a difference. What do I need to do to get rid of the errors? After startup I don't get any more of these messages.

Unfortunately this type of stuff is above my pay grade. I can't seem to find the right place to ask Cloudflare about the error. Their site is very confusing for me.

have you considered cloudflare WARP a complete secure DNS resolving setup from them.

i have it installed on 2 systems, mine and the wifes, they seem to have ironed out all the bugs and is working just fine.
