Windows 11
I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. If I want to open the run command as administrator, it gives me the error below.
I've tried all kinds of tutorials, nothing works. sfc /scannow, all with Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth etc
Anyone help me?

I think you can't start run as an administrator if you open it normally should not get any error message.

You can create a desktop shortcut with target %windir%\explorer.exe shell:::{2559a1f3-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}
Name it RUN. When you right click on it, you have the 'run as administrator ' option. You can pin the shortcut to your taskbar if you wish.
However, when running from task bar you right click on shortcut, then right click again on RUN to get the open as admin option.

If the question is more about running the Command Prompt with Admin rights, I open the Search window on the Taskbar, type command and right-click that and choices will come up, one is as Admin.

Glasskuter, but can't I assign that shell target directly to my command?

My question is:
What Task is the OP trying to create as Administrator?
Just because you create the Task as Administrator, doesn't mean the resulting application will be running as Administrator.
Is it a specific task or command of some sort???
Once the task is invoked and running, set it to run as Admin.

After I upgraded to Windows 10, neither PowerShell nor command prompt worked as administrator. I did those two and they worked, but not this one! I understand that, the run command cannot be used as administrator?

... the run command cannot be used as administrator?
Correct.
You would need to run an elevated task from within Task Manager...

I think you can't start run as an administrator if you open it normally should not get any error message.
To run as an administrator from Win + R (the RUN box), enter the program you want to run, for example, CMD, then press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER. This will run the program as administrator.

For some reason, that is one shortcut that many are not aware of.

It's been a year or two - I should probably find a comprehensive guide to all Windows shortcuts again and review it. Every time that I do this, I find something new.

Another one of my favorites:

There seems to be a bug in File Explorer now where when I try to delete files it wants to put up a dialog box that asks if I am sure that I want to permanently delete files. But that dialog box shows no text, the contents of the dialog are just a black background with no text. You can solve this by pressing the keyboard combination to reset the display adapter: WinKey + CTRL + SHIFT + B. You will hear a beep and screen will flash for a moment.
