computer freezes and monitor stops being detected by pc indefinitely win11

So I had this problem a few months ago where I was using my monitor while watching a video and my laptop froze, it could not recieve any input from my keyboard nor mouse, i turned my computer off and then on again and it unfroze but my monitor stopped working, this lasted for many months where my monitor wouldn’t work, but then I updated my computer with with windows update and the problem got fixed, but after some days, the same thing happened and my monitor stopped working.

My monitor works on other devices and my computer can not connect to any other monitor, I already checked the monitor drivers and they are updated.

I’ve searched the internet for hours and have not found anyone with the same problem, my laptop is a dell inspiron 3000 btw
