Hello. I have been having this issue for a while now where suddenly my computer has been unable to install cumulative updates. Every time I would attempt to update, it would fail and give me "Install error - 0x8007370b". I have looked up this error code and have tried solutions over and over again and still nothing has worked. In fact, when running the commands "Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /ScanHealth" and " Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth" in the command prompt, it would give me this error: "Error: 14091, The name of an attribute in an identity is not within the legal range." Again, I have attempted many different solutions, all of which has failed. I will greatly appreciate it if someone were to help figure this out. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
The issue of cumulatives causing this issue has been around a while. If you have any 3rd party AV (including Malwarebytes) have you tried disabling it before running WU?
That seems to work for most people if one does it before they ever attempt to install a cumulative the first time.
Since DISM is also failing, I would suggest you do a repair install. Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade Tutorial

Have you tried cleaning up the Component Store?
I have used this successfully when I've had issues with Windows.

@SpideyOrca: the repair install remains my next-to-last go-to for fixing Windows issues that just don't make sense. My general rule once I spend more than 20-30 minutes troubleshooting is to ask: "Is it time for a repair install?" Interestingly I learned last month that messing with the Registry is not something that the repair install can fix (but a prior backup will put things back where they were before the self-inflicted wounds occurred). Sigh.
HTH,
