Constant BSOD Crashes Since Laptop Accident

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Book3 laptop almost 3 months ago. The specs of the laptop are below:

About a month ago, I accidentally stepped on the charging cord while picking up my laptop, forcibly disconnecting it and causing slight damage to the side with the charging ports. Initially, everything seemed fine—the charger still worked, but the battery indicator light remained blue even when the charger wasn't plugged in. However, the next day, my laptop won't boot displayed the message: "All boot options are tried. Press F4 key to recover." After about an hour, it finally booted, but it began to frequently overheat.

A few weeks later, I started experiencing more frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors and had difficulty rebooting for 1-2 hours after each crash. I filed a warranty claim, and they replaced the battery. For the first five days post-repair, there were no overheating issues, but BSOD occurrences have increased again in the last five days, and I'm unable to boot for longer and longer periods after crashing. The BSODs happen randomly, with CPU and memory usage appearing normal before each crash. I performed a factory reset yesterday, which temporarily reduced the frequency of BSODs, but I experienced another one last night. I plan to file another claim but lack confidence in their ability to resolve the issue without being given specific guidance. Any insights into what might be wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like charging post damaged more you move it, more things pop up
Is it under extended warrantee threw Best buy? If so, take it back many warrantees cover accidental your fault or not. If not, I still would see if they can fix it.
I had an older6 year Dell charging post loose because of its age mine they said to take to another source Youbreakit- I fix it. Best buy doesn't like to get into some repairs. You have a Win 11, see if you have Bit blocker key code it's in your settings print it, I happened to have mine printed. They had to disconnect the battery which tripped Bit Blocker you to have it too get to my documents, photos and so on. The can turn hard drive on but without Key it will be blank of personal things.
good luck I hope you bought the warrantee I do not think Samsung one year warrantee covers this, but that is worth checking into.
