This is the Last bluescreen and reboot on 04/08/2023 07:59:55 a. m.:

Just executed Driver Verifier
Got several BSOD including a new one stating some error with tcpip.sys after I updated VirtualBox

It looks like your Malwarebytes Web Protection is causing the issue here, could you please remove and then update it using the Malwarebytes Support tool. If it continues to crash afterwards, then we can investigate further and possibly remove it entirely for troubleshooting.

Yes, last time apparently Malwaresbytes caused the issue
PROCESS_NAME: MBAMService.ex

however other MiniDumps show different processes:

PROCESS_NAME: FoxitPDFReader
PROCESS_NAME: SearchIndexer.

You shouldn't look at the process name but rather the actual call stack itself. Malwarebytes is causing your crashes and so I would recommend that you either update it to the latest version or remove it completely until it is patched.
