In Windows 11 Insider when I open the context menu with active custom themes, I get this result:

Anyone know how to fix this?

My theme is Porcelain by KDr3w on DeviantArt

I use UxThemePatcher.

I get that too and I'm not using a preview build I am however am using the UXThemePatcher. But it doesn't look like that every time sometimes it looks right. And has yours came up completely transparent so it doesn't seem like it came up at all. if you know the position of the option you need on the menu you can use your arrow keys to select it if this happens. So if the position of the option needed is 3rd down from the top on the menu, and you've right clicked and it seems nothing happened press the down arrow 3 times and hit enter, weird right?

I've manage to track it to the .msstyle theme file controlling the current theme. It contains all the UI panels and button images. It's located at "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes". There's an .msstyle file in each theme's folder found here . But this issue only seems to effect those using a different numbering order for the images other the the default. you can use a program called "Resource Hacker" to view the images and numbering order plus extract and replace theme.
I'm still working on how to correct it with the "Msstyle Editor" form Github

No we dont do that. I find that antivirus and antimalware software is more damaging and evasive than most of the thing they remove.

i think i may know the problem. win 11 uses two different context Menu UIs. all the Msstyle files reference the file in the NORMALCOLOR directory shellstyle.dll but the ones I can get to work properly reference this as well ShellStyle.dll.mun I found it hanging out in what looks like a language folder in the normalcolor directory located here C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\Shell\NormalColor\en-US its not big but has images in it that look like this. now i might be wrong but im pretty sure that's the context menus background.

the other theme files need recoded to included these images as well.. but i dont think the msstyle editor has a section for a secondary context menu UI. this is going to some twisting ether that or all older theme pretty much dead unless you want to deal with White Blocks McGee. plus there's other panels in here that im not sure what they go to. but I've found the root of the problem. now to correct it... anyway peace.
