When converting Windows 11 Pro to Windows 11 SE it asks me to select the following items. Which one should I pick?

Totally unrelated, but why would you want Windows 11 SE instead of Windows 11 Pro? Isn't SE aimed at younger people (elementary school, for instance)?

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
I agree with @jvickers it does seem a strange way to go.
I don't know the answer but if I were in that situation I would create an image so you can restore if it it goes wrong and search the web for what they mean/do

Honestly I don't think you can go from pro to say Home or SE. You would have to reinstall Win11 SE.

Looking into more, @BunnyJ seems to be correct. You can't install Windows 11 on old devices, it seems:

Microsoft's new stripped-down OS will only be sold on new devices, and if you try to "upgrade" the OS, the chances of getting 11 SE back onto the device in the future are slim.

Problem solved. I can install on older systems with TPM bypass.

Maybe they have an elementary school age child that they want to give a computer to? Or a person, such as my now passed father-in-law, who would destroy a Windows installation just about one a month by clicking on everything that appeared on the screen.

I would keep Pro, create a new child account (limited) and block access to whatever I think my child should not have access to. Why cripple Windows 11 functionality for everyone else? Even if the computer is exclusively used by the child, you might want to install an unauthorized app and in Windows 11 SE you simply cannot.
