delete folder from left column in Windows Explorer

I cannot delete a folder in Windows Explorer. I have tried selecting the folder, then pressing the "delete" key. I have tried changing the attributes e.g. "read only" and "hidden". I tried "remove from Quick access". What should I try next? Thanks!

Have you tried selecting Unpin from Quick Access option from context menu and what error you do see when you do?

Try Folder Options and clear File Explorer history and untick "show frequently used folders.
