Deleted bcd can’t recreate it.

So I was dumb and accidentally completely deleted my bcd I tried everything to recreate following the usual steps by creating a new efi partition and always getting failure to copy. Bootrec literally everything hours upon hours. I tried this guide

And it changed the error at startup to this. I’m trying to take attach a picture but l it says the pic is too large basically what it says before it said failed to start file bcd now it says file os device after that guide. I’m not against reinstalling windows

I would do a clean install. In the install process, be sure to delete all partitions and install windows on unallocated space.
