DELL Inspiron One 2020 - I need help finding the correct drivers, BLUETOOTH especially

We were given a DELL Inspiron One 2020 to sit in our Computer Room/Home Office for my mother just to do household work (Nothing too advanced) from my sister's mother-in-law.

But I am having issues finding the correct BLUETOOTH driver that works with the Microsoft Phone Link application. This computer has a Bluetooth device in it, but I don't think the driver is installed or it is not properly configured. I am wanting to pair my mom's phone to the computer. It was working before I reset it, now it doesn't.

Also, I will probably need more drivers for it as drivers are getting hard to find for it. So if someone could help me find these drivers, it would be appreciated.

NOTE: This computer was only compatible with a Windows 10 upgrade, and not Windows 11. However, it runs Windows 11 just fine.

I find 19 drivers for Windows 10 listed on Dell's support page. To search manually click their 'Find Drivers' link.

There are two Bluetooth ones, the 1704 that SIW2 gave earlier, and a 1705 WiFi/Bluetooth one. Enter your service tag to see which one is the one for your machine.

@Bree: I downloaded each one. When I try to pair the device to the computer, it says "You must have Bluetooth installed on your computer". The driver is already installed, as I can see it on the taskbar. It only recognizes Android devices. My mother has an iPhone. Again, it worked before the reset, now it won't.

Attached are the installation errors and where they are downloaded from.

1. Install error

3. Where the software was downloaded from with the DELL Service tag.

Hey Jesse,
Could you look at your devices please?
Start/run/devmgmt.msc (enter)

There should not be any

icons next to your device(s); all should be clean:
If you do see any of those icons, those devices need to be uninstalled first, before attempting a new installation.
It is better to reboot as well when you are done in order to have a clean system.

Click on Bluetooth > to expand the folder tree please. as in my screenshot before yours.

@OAT: It only pairs halfway. It does not ask for text permissions or any of that stuff, yet it says it's installed. The phone and computer have both apps installed. I paired them together with the QR Code and text code.

I am sorry Jesse, I am out of suggestions here. It just does not make much sense.
I hope someone can dig deeper but in the meantime, I will continue searching for a solution.

Before you do, you could try the following:
