OS
Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.3296).
Hi,

Dell Support Diagnostic app, ran it's usual tests and than created a recovery OS partition, by the time I cancelled it had.

As shown in the 2 screen captures, in Macrium instead of earlier 5 now have 7 and in Disk management earlier 4 now 6.

No issues with OS, but my question is how do I delete them, with out any errors OR do I need to do a full backup restore?

Hoping as always to hear from experts.

Thanks.

@zbook , I don't care what others might comment, I have trust in your expertise and myself don't want these useless Dell OS Recovery partitions, which weren't even fully created when I witnessed and cancelled in between...…

Should I go ahead with your commands?

Rarely do I troubleshoot encrypted drives so other members may comment on whether decryption is or is not an issue.

To the right of the Dell partition is unallocated space.
The unallocated space will grow by the deletion of the partition.
The D: drive can be extended into the unallocated space as needed.
(Make sure that requirements for decryption are checked)

What's the worst case scenario....W11 will start giving errors? Have a full back, JIC.

Thanks @zbook , for all your expert assistance. I'll make a call to a friend in Tx, head of IT (a Red Hat Linux Guru) for an Oil company, ask for his advice.

Off topic: I understand you were trying to play safe and keep up your repute at the forums. I may have posted thousand plus simple questions, cause am a noob.

But when it comes to med. am the best, it's all about self confidence. Since Mar'20 (5 months after it started developed the only authentic cure, till yet) have cured +250K covid (all variants, stages) patients all across the globe, never lost a single. And some online too. I can treat it blindly cause am am confident. In 4 decades of my practice have never lost one. I take calculated risks, cause I know my job.

@zbook , is it possible using command prompt commands to merge partitions (W11: C and Data : D both bitlocker encrypted), would appreciate it.

No reason to play safe, since I have a full backup, JIC.

Thanks.
