It is now impossible to remove or install Windows Store apps. Is there a way to fix this without reinstalling Windows cause I literally just reinstalled Windows last week.

I know you don't want to reinstall but rarely does an error tell us specifically as this one did that a reset of the PC is necessary. In my opinion, since this is app related, a 'reset and keep files& apps' won't work but would require a reset to OOB which would erase everything, just like a clean install.

If it was mine, I would backup my personal files and start 100% clean with a clean install. May I suggest once you get your system stable and set up the way you want that to use some kind of backup solution that can protect you in the future. Clean Install Windows 11 Tutorial
