Solved Desktop recognized as laptop

Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.556)
Just built a new pc and installed Windows 11. To my surprise windows thinks it is a laptop, when I go to power options I see the power options that you would normally see on a laptop not a desktop. Updated drivers and Windows, still the same.

Any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I don't think yours is any different from everyone else's.

The laptop power option would say "On battery power, turn off my screen after..."

You can mark this "SOLVED".

Congrats on a fantastic setup. I'm jealous. The specs on that mobo are out of this world.
I have a new Dell PC and it shows the same options but the screen is different so that's confusing. That's weird and I wonder why. I'm on Pro too and same version.

I must be crazy then because on his screenshot 4th line down it shows his power mode. Mine does not and I'm set to 'balanced' too.

Yeah, It probably depends on specific hardware present on your PC. Like I don't see a GPU on your computer specs. Just a wild guess.

My Screen is almost like yours except I have an internet link for Power consumption and carbon emissions for option # 4.
