Secure boot, Intel virtualization technology and Intel VT-d tech are all enabled

Do I need to check any other thing?

First I would suggest you make sure you have no corrupt system files that is causing this problem. Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow
Pay attention to the scan results to see if SFC found anything it could not repair. If it found corruption it could not fix followup with this command (note the spaces)
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart computer
(Note-you can follow up with another sfc /scannow command to make sure that dism repaired the files if you wish)

If that doesn't fix your issue perform a repair install. Make sure the iso you download is for DEV and is same or later build as what you currently have.

There may be nothing wrong with your Windows, but you may have one or more other required security features still turned off in your bios.

Standard hardware security not supported

This means that your device does not meet at least one of the requirements of standard hardware security.

Improving hardware security

If the security capability of your device isn't what you'd like it to be, you might need to turn on certain hardware features (such as secure boot, if supported) or change the settings in your system's BIOS. Contact your hardware manufacturer to see what features are supported by your hardware and how to activate them.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

Does your device recognize the tpm?
Confirm TPM 2.0 with Settings

To check whether your device has a TPM chip and it is enabled, use these steps:
  1. Open Start.
  2. Search for tpm.msc and click the top result to open the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Management console.
  3. Under the "Status" section, confirm "The TPM is ready for use" to confirm the device has a trusted platform module and it's enabled.

I downloaded the user manual for your mobo. In your bios there are tons of settings all-around but very few under "security", mainly TPM that is probably already enabled per above (Pg 64 in manual)
Under the "advanced" section is secure boot (pg 61) , which one only has to have a secure boot capable device. Secure boot does not have to be turned on, though you might enable it to see if it will fix your problem.

You might check to see if you have the latest bios. The latest stable version is 7B17v1B 2020-10-14 or there is a beta version 7B17v1C2(Beta version) 2021-11-17

I think I found the answer IN THIS MICROSOFT LINK

Let's focus on that warning "memory integrity is off". That is the key. In bios, make sure both hardware virtualization support and secure boot are enabled. They are requirements to turn on memory integrity
Attempt to turn on Memory Integrity using Brink's tutorial.

If you are unable to turn it on or if defender automatically turns it off, the answer to the problem is in Johnny55 answer in the above forum post...a bad driver. In that same thread, user Vienna10 has the answer about finding the bad or incompatible driver.

These solutions to the problem are backed up in another thread HERE.

Just wondering...the bios for that mobo is extensive. When you bought it, did you use the default settings or did you change some of the settings?

Just wondering...the bios for that mobo is extensive. When you bought it, did you use the default settings or did you change some of the settings?
I don't know much about those settings so I avoid changing things I don't understand
X.M.P and Game Boost and some fan speed settings and some other settings required for Win11

It may be a bug in the build you are running. Scroll down to post #6 from user Sumguy in this thread. He has a different MSI mobo but his instructions are very detailed as to how settings should be to get rid of this error. Your bios should be close enough to his that you can find these settings. MSI Global English Forum

If you can't get this figured out, I would contact customer support (1-888-447-6564 if you're in the US) and ask them why Windows 11 sees your mobo as "standard hardware security not supported."

I don't have IO MMU but other than that, settings are same and enabled
I will wait for the next build to check it

I'm not in US unfortunately but I can send a message to MSI support to find out if they know anything about this

Thank you for your help and support:thumbsup:

I just clean installed Windows
There was no problem there and I activated the Memory Integrity
( This picture is from stable version of Windows before updating to Dev )

Then I joined Insider Preview and updated to 25193.1000 and the problem is back now

So... windows bugs?

Did this end up being windows bugs? I was on the insider beta channel & didn't have any problems. Then for other reasons intel support had me do a clean install because of a display driver issue & another app clashing come to find out the clean install wasn't needed. However, took the chance to try out the normal release build (not insider preview) and now I have this issue. Windows support was useless, "it's a hardware issue, take it to a local computer repair tech shop and have them fix it" sure it is, I change my os build and all of a sudden my hardware isn't secure anymore :eek1:. Anyways, tried just about all I could think of or find online so far. I have it upgrading back to the beta preview build now but that's taking a while & has had it's own issues with insider channel unavailable, or being unable to link to my account. On the Raider GE76 12UHS-252 so my bios doesn't look like the desktop versions. However, everything in windows seems to suggest secure boot is on, using the uefi boot, There isn't any settings for secure anything under advance but virtualization and such are on and all settings here are the default as my pc was shipped so it shouldn't be a bios / hardware issue.

Edit:
beta update finished, issue still remains, trying another clean install to the beta channel now.

I still have this issue and I just gave up...
I was on with msi today and i think it may be solved for me at least. They had me reboot, f3 during boot up. From there do the msi recovery and let that wipe / reload from the hopefully protected & default msi setup you should have. If not they said they have a 35$ msi recovery usb you can buy. I still seemingly had the msi recovery partition and going through those options fixed it for me. Device security page loads & shows all the options vs giving the "page / settings unavailable" not tbd if it stays that way through all the updating that's about to happen again but it's better than the default windows download & reinstall clean settings as those still had the error right after clean install where this doesnt. What's different? Idk theoretically it should be nothing. It's a fresh windows install but i guess the msi recovery has some extra differences that windows doesnt to enable these. I also to try and be safe did a firmware restart before going into windows and from there did f9, f10 to load and save with default settings. It should have already been on default as i've never changed anything but just incase you may have.

Yea may need to buy the recovery USB if not ? I also noticed I was on windows 11 home instead of pro. Looking at drive encryption options and it suggested I upgrade back to pro. Odd but ok, not sure if that has anything to do with it yet letting it install.

Edit, back on pro still seems ok. I tried to order one online as their chat agent asked but then they said I had to call a number to order one ... Not very efficient. You would think you could just download it
