For a while I've had this persisting problem where it picks up audio from things such as spotify or games I'm playing. Or browser audio aswell. Its extremely obnoxious and I cant find a way to fix it. If my specs are needed i'll drop them below. Apparently I need a Realtek Audio Manager/Console, but I dont have one at ALL. On either of my drives, so I want to know what I can do to install that and see if that works, and if that doesnt work other possible solutions.
Search for “What U Hear” in the settings on the PC or Discord. I am not exactly sure how it works but that’s at least a hint.
This is all I got from a search:
To disable Stereo Mix (or "What U Hear") in Discord, you need to adjust your Windows sound settings. First, ensure the "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices" options are enabled in the Recording Devices settings. Then, locate Stereo Mix, right-click, and select "Disable".Additionally, in Discord's settings, under voice & video, ensure your microphone is set to the correct input device and not Stereo Mix.
Access Sound Settings: Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Sounds". Alternatively, search for "Sound Settings" in the Windows search bar.
Navigate to Recording Devices: Go to the "Recording" tab in the Sound settings window.
Enable Hidden Devices: Right-click in the empty space of the Recording tab and ensure "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices" are checked. This will make Stereo Mix visible if it's currently disabled.
Locate Stereo Mix: Stereo Mix (or "What U Hear") should now be visible. If it's not, your sound card or audio driver might not support it.
Disable Stereo Mix: Right-click on "Stereo Mix" and select "Disable".
Adjust Discord Settings: Open Discord, go to User Settings (the cogwheel icon), then navigate to Voice & Video.
Select Correct Input Device: In the Input Device dropdown, make sure your actual microphone (e.g., a headset or built-in microphone) is selected, and not Stereo Mix.

In the settings There is about 25 categories, maybe 10 or more selections in each.
So in total there are very broadly 250 settings to go through within the App.
Add to that maybe 4 in the Windows settings.
As far as I can see there is no specific mention of Stereo Mix in Discord settings or Windows 11.
A search within Discord "stereo mix" brings you to Settings > Voice and Video, 4 categories within that.
However, that is just 1 of those 25 categorised sections.
I have a Realtek audio chipset and the Realtek Audio Console App. There is very little in that App, definitely won't help you, seems it is now legacy. It was in the MS Store a while back.
I have a headset and couple earbud sets that also have mics in their cord, irritating when they pick up extraneous sound. Small mics can be hidden in the Y-connection between left and right legs.
