I have two programs in my apps list as per screenshot attached with similar nomenclature

I want to know if I can delete the first one Micosoft 365 -en-us as I already have Microsoft 365 (Office) I have a MS 365 Family 12 month subscription. The names are confusing me as they appear to be the same program. I want to obviously keep my Office programs intact, e.g Word , Outlook (which I use for my email) I just checking if I delete this first one, it won't remove my subscription and functionality for my MS 365 Family programs I have installed.

Delete (uninstall) it. If it's the wrong one, just delete (uninstall) the other one too and then re-install your licensed version.

Every new installation of Windows 11, whether it comes with a new computer or you've upgraded from Windows 10, you will find what looks like Microsoft Office is installed. Usually a funny looking orange square/rectangle. That's Microsoft nudging you to subscribe to some form of Office if you don't already have it.

I also have a subscription to Microsoft 365 Family. Before I install one of my MS 365s onto one of my computers, I just delete the "nudge".

I would suggest that you back up your system so if you make a mistake and uninstall the wrong one, you can restore the system, then go back and start over. BTW, don't just delete it . . . uninstall it.

I wouldn't delete it . . . instead, it should be uninstalled.
