Solved Do you see Notifications in Windows Defender?
Supposedly you are supposed to be able to go into Windows Defender and adjust the amount of notifications you get. Well I'm looking in Virus and Threat Protection Settings, and I don't see anything that says Notifications.
Maybe you got to edit Local Group Policy.

Enable Defender. Check the Security Center settings again.
Well on my computer there is no Notifications section. Nothing says Notifications. All I see is Manage Settings. And when I click on that, once again there is nothing that says Notifications. There is other stuff listed, but nothing that says Manage Notifications. Defender is currently enabled.

If you used settings on the start menu than I agree it's a pain because of all the options you have to choose. I open the start menu and start typing security. This brings up the Windows Security option. A much easier and quicker way.
