We need to know if you already have the laptop or not.
If you have it, you can just run the test @zbook mentioned.

If you don't already have the laptop, you will have to ask MSI.
It seems it does have a compatible CPU... the 8750H.
It would need Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 also... to support Windows 11.

At that link you provided, for OS it listed...
Windows 10 Home (MSI recommends Windows 11 Pro for business.)
