I really don't understand MS's compulsion to distribute a Windows 11 taskbar that is almost fixed by their choices.
I have a wide screen MS Surface Pro 7+. Wide means that's where the space is. I have no space to sacrifice in the height of my 12 inch MS screen. If I want the taskbar on the left, MS should allow that.
If I want labels displayed alongside the icons, MS should not limit me. If I want the wonderful old quick access toolbar ..... etc. etc.
If I want larger Icons in the system tray, that would really be a Windows 11 plus. If I cannot/don't want to use pinned items, that's my choice.
Why does MS interfere with my way of working?
My remarks are not valid if MS is spelled A.P.P.L.E from now on.
