Among the various problems on my wife's computer after it was reset, the cause of that unknown, is that my external hard drive, G:\ appears twice in the file manager. The two appear to be identical, showing that Macrium is set for full and interim backups. I assume, but do not know, having never seen this oddity, is that I can remove one of the pair without causing any disaster. Is that correct?
Getting Macrium set up was not entirely easy: I had the instructions open in Firefox, but when I would then go to Macrium to follow the instructions which said to click on a given entry, that item was not necessarily there, so I would have to guess if a present entry was the right one. Having done that and needing to progress, I would return to the open help file, except that it might not be there any longer, so I would have to reopen same.
