Download my Office 2021 home edition

Hi. I need to repare my PC and then download my office home edition. have 2 stand alone packages office 2019 and office 2021.

I have had dificulty signing in or contacting Microsoft. All i get is an automated message to go to the websit. I have logged on but can't see my packages now. This is what I have got. Am I in the wrong area?

I clicked on your link and got.

Sign in with the account you associated with this version of Microsoft 365. This account can be a Microsoft account, or work or school account. I forgot the account I use with Office

This is not a365 product. I don't pay a subscription. I did log in and this is the web page I got.

I was clicking on subscriptions at the top of the page that took me to purchase 365. The menu on the side also has subscriptions. Sigh of releif now. I can get my PC fixed. Problem was on my PC I got a 3 line hamburger on the left hiding the side menu.
