Dual Band Wireless Bridge for WiFi to Wired Ethernet Adapter in Win 11 pro

We have a SOHO Office network with several large printing devices:

Canon 5535I MFP - handles both LAN and WiFi connections at the same time
Canon TM-305 Large Format Plotter- handles both LAN and WiFi connections but NOT at the same time

Right now in order to print from the lappie, I have to yank the cable from my workstation and plug it into the laptop. Was wondering if anyone has ever used a:

"RJ45 Gigabit Port, Dual Band Wireless Bridge for WiFi to Wired Ethernet Adapter" Such as the one linked here:

Laptop supports WiFi 6 802.11ax at both 5.0 and 2.4 GHz as does router.

Anyone have any experience with these devices on a large format plotter and Win 11 Pro ? (Up to date other than 24H2 ... AutoCAD not installed yet and therefore doesn't have the necessary update that makes it compatible.)

I don't really recommend having more than 1 NIC in use on a printer, it's going to cause problems and doesn't really make the printer faster in this scenario.

In my situation I use an ethernet connected HP OfficeJet printer connected to my main router which is also supports wifi connections. Any system connected to this router, either ethernet or wifi, I can print to the HP printer. I have Direct Wifi Print turned off.

No need to buy anything if you have any old unused wireless router lying around. Turn that baby into a wireless access point. Many have manual switches you can flip to change its function to be either a router or access point. Even if it doesn't, you can do it in its settings. All the routing will be done by your main router. There are many reasons to have an access point. Not only does it extend your wireless range to further distances but gives you 3 more connectors for ethernet connected devices.
It's super easy to do.

Speed is not an issue, pulling the plug out of one machine and into the laptop back and forth is a PITA. This appears, "according to the description", to be a "pass thru" ,,, but who trusts what the marketing folks say :)

Our main router also supports both LAN and WiFi connections. But our plotter "handles both LAN and WiFi connections but NOT at the same time"

Pulling the LAN cable from the desktop to the laptop is a PITA but not as much as reprogramming the plotter each time

See above ... the plotter, like most large format plotters can either accept WiFi signals ... **OR** ... LAN signals w/o going into settings and reconfiguring and drilling down thru menus it between each change.

Appreciate the effort folks, but its a plotter limitation not a LAN / WiFi issue.

The unit claims a LAN speed of 1 Gbps but again, other option is to just e-mail it to the desktop 2 feet away
