I usually stick with Firefox, Chrome and Edge on my computers. Firefox is used most of the time.
But has anyone tried the DuckDuckGo Browser? Is it any good? :unsure:

It is as good as any other.
The thing to keep in mind is that they originally said they did not share any user data, then got caught sharing data with Microsoft, now they seem to have some sort of partnership/ working relationship with MS.
There are two options with DuckDuckGo, browser or just search engine, so you can probably use Chrome/ Edge and have DuckDuckGo as just the search engine.
Of course do some research of your own, only you will know whether the features are good enough to make the change.

Much beloved by users of TPB, 1337X etc etc -- My real wish is if I could get google for instance when searching to disregard certain websites -- e.g Reddit -- which IMO is probably the most error prone and ill informative site in the entire universe I'd be happy.

An interesting sideline has ANYBODY EVER on these forums got a sensible anwser from Reddit.

I also use Firefox and Brave, I also use the Brave search engine on both.

Brave search has the advantage of offering a "Find elsewhere" function halfway down the first page of results, such that if you haven't found the desired result, there are buttons for Google and Bing to search from instead.

When you are using some product, it is all about trust. Many lost it, like Avast, when caught selling user's data, but when you intentionally do something bad and then say that you are sorry, it does not quite cut it, because it shows your mindset, the way your company is going. And if it is repeated, it is more so. I do not care, what DDG is making, I will boycott it, like I boycott Nestle or Reddit.
