Edge Browser Side Bar

Several weeks ago the Edge browser began displaying a side bar that contains a news feed. Can't find a way to get rid of the darn thing! Help?

Also in Edge settings select Edge Bar on the left and tun off " Automatically open Edge bar when the computer starts"
