I've noticed a site I use taking ages to fully load (on two different PC's) and by pure chance opened the site using In Private mode and found it was instant. This behaviour is repeatable day in day out.
The site is this one:
Click any location in any county and you see something like this. Notice the gauge at the left. This takes over twenty seconds to load using Edge normal mode. If I look it up using In Private the gauge opens instantly. Same for any monitored location on the site index:
