Edge-Show Favorites bar occasionally gets switched off

Win 11, (21H2 build 22000.527) Edge browser Version 99.0.1150.30 (Official build) (64-bit)

On occasion, while surfing, the Show Favorites bar gets turned off.
I've not yet discovered what operation causes this, or what site? (so I can't replicate this, yet)
(Settings/Appearance/Customize Toolbar/Show Favorites bar)
(I would love to lock my browser settings , lol)
Help is appreciated, thank you kindly.

That is what policies are for. Run CMD as admin and copy/paste:
