10 bit and HDR are different things. Some monitors support 10bit color but not HDR. I don't know if there are monitors that support HDR but only 8 bit color.

I enabled color depth 10 bit from the display option and HDR was working fine but when enabled 10 bit pixel format from advanced menu the HDR say not supported or color depth is different than pixel format ?

Yeah i thought that you didn't really get one without the other, Maybe an early model monitor relative to the technology? Not sure. My nvidia control panel shows 10bit and hdr on. Couldnt say for the AMD software as i've never used it.

Try setting pixel format to 4:2:2, I believe 4:4:4 is uncompressed which requires a higher data rate to be supported.

My nVidia graphics card has three color settings: RGB, YcBcR422, and YCbCr444. I use the RGB setting. I can use 10 bit color at UHD (3840 X 2160) at 144Hz. I use DP, with no DSC (compression).

The RX 6800 XT supports HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4a. Seems like you ought to be able to get 10 bit color at 120Hz, at QHD resolution.

I'm a single monitor user, and I'm unfamiliar with the issues you might face with 2.

It may be helpful if you supply your monitors' full model numbers.

Same here, 3 options, It defaults on its own but i use the RGB setting too, Full output dynamic range, Depth colour 32-bit , Output colour depth 10bpc. 3840x2160 but only at 60hz, Dont have a fancy 144hz 4k monitor yet lol, RTX4000 required most likely to hit those frames without turning everything to low and dlss'ing the crap out it. My old aging 2070super aint there!

Yes I get that and HDR is also on but when I change it from advanced menu the HDR say not supported. I have tried with dual AOC Agon AG274QXM same thing

I'm at a loss, then. The Agon AG274QXM looks like a pretty high-end monitor: 170Hz. HDR, wide gamut, true 10 bit, etc.
