I checked all the drives none with any problems, I searched for the file srudb.dat but wasn't found on my system

The file contains a log of Diagnostic Policy Service. Looks like the internal structure of the file is corrupted.
Open services.msc Stop Diagnostic Policy Service and delete the file. then start service again. Check if errors are gone.

Instead of searching, can you manaul go to the folder:
WindowsKey+R , then paste: C:\WINDOWS\system32\SRU\
Can you list what files you have there?

Just for kicks I restore a backup from April, and there was no errors of this kind.
Must be one of the updates that started the issue?
Restore the latest backup made today after deleting that file...still all is good
