Weird bug: Explorer GUI disappears upon opening explorer. I had this happen one more time, not when opening explorer. Maybe windows update bug? Never had this happen yet, i am just asking before it breaks completely, if there is a fix :D Again opening explorer by pressing win+e makes it not responding hmmm

I agree with the request for a screen shot - also I assume you are talking about File Explorer?

This is why I am asking for a screenshot, to confirm if it is file explorer or explorer.exe (taskbar, desktop etc)

Yes file explorer, if it happens. Just inside of explorer window is white empty and it is loading not responding. ANd then GUI disappears, happens upon starting file explorer. As it wasn't responding when i started it again! Luckily after restart , it seems OK. Just wondering if someone heard about this perhaps, hope it is nothing Windows breaking!

Alright. I think this could possibly be corrupt system files- don't worry though, you won't be loosing any data.

To fix this what you could do is - ensuring you are up to date - open Command prompt as administrator and paste in the below command:
Batch:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

This command will take a while to complete. It will then say "succesfully completed" or something, which is when you can paste in this command:
Batch:
sfc /scannow

Once you are done with this it will say Verification complete, or scan complete, or something along those lines then you can exit command prompt, either by typing exit and pressing enter, or just exiting.

Hope it helps
