File explorer annoyance

In windows 10 the portable devices was listed in with all the other drives but in 11 it's now at the bottom of the explorer window. I have a bunch of network drives and it's annoying to scroll down to find my portable devices, which I use all the time. It there a way to move the portable devices back up with all the other local drives?
