File Explorer slow accessing system folders ie Video, Photos, Music, Documents, etc

Hi All

Recently updated to Windows 11 and noticing that the main system folders in file explorer taking 5-15secs to open. Click on the Home takes about 15secs. It then seems fine once the info has been displayed but still slow. My Music folder only has about 15 items and it takes 5 secs to open?
They are all on an 1TB NVME SSD drive.
Any ideas what it could be?

I had a similar problem with File Explorer for months; whenever I left or right clicked on a multimedia file, there was a 1 to 5 seconds delay (Windows 11 22H2, Asus ROG Maximus XIII Hero, i7-11700K, 2x 1TB Samsung 980 Pro NVME).

The problem disappeared after I disabled these 4 file handlers (installed with Adobe CC 2021) :

No more delay since.
This can be simply disabled with ShellExView.
