At some point a couple months ago or so, my full screen games would sometimes start minimized and could not be restored (maximized). It also happened when I Alt-tabbed away and tried to go back. It happened increasingly frequently over the course of a few weeks. Has a workaround been found to fix this? It stops happening for a while if I reboot.
Rant: It is also the case that exiting a full screen game often moves the windows I had open (which has always been the case). I sure wish Windows actually protected an application from other applications (one of the simplest basics of operating system design).
I am using Windows 11 22H2 (OS Vuild 22621.1555)
